"Our Callaway home has been a fantastic place that we have enjoyed each season. Thank you for the exceptional craftsmanship, energy efficiency and quality built into our home. We thoroughly enjoy our time there and taking part in all the activities that Callaway has to offer."
"What a wonderful place to put down roots, make such special friends and enjoy the incredible life that Callaway Gardens and the Pine Mountain area have to offer. Being involved in the life of a small town once again is just where this Yankee belongs!"
"Our visits to Callaway were always pleasant and restful, and the beauty of the gardens renewed our spirits. We found nothing like Callaway and Longleaf anywhere in the Southeast. We sold (traded) our Florida home for a Longleaf home and here we are. We moved in June 2006. Our feelings about living in Longleaf and Callaway probably mirror your own. It’s a Children and Grandchildren magnet. We love our neighbors and friends. It's great to volunteer as a worker in the gardens. We also enjoy the wonderful community of Pine Mountain, the churches, the festivals, fire flies, and even the occasional snow."
"After hearing of Callaway Gardens for many years, we came here for a weekend getaway in July 2009. Well…you could say it was “love at first sight” because we came back in August, September, and October to play and finally to explore the possibility of making this beautiful garden our home. The things we love, besides the obviously fantastic gardens, are all of the outdoor recreations, such as bike trails, golf, tennis, and the beach to name a few. All of this in our very own backyard!
We decided to build our home on the golf course in Sky View Meadows and absolutely love the location. Our neighbors have become our friends and the mix of young and not so young families works great. Since our neighborhood is just getting started, we anticipate many happy years of picnics, talking across the fence, and welcoming more new friends. We really do plan to live in Callaway Gardens forever!"
"Lifestyle, a sense of community, and proximity to a major metropolitan city are factors that attracted our family to Callaway Gardens. We are a household of three generations with varied interests and hobbies, and Callaway Gardens more than exceeds our expectations. The golf clubhouse and driving range are mere steps from our home, and we love venturing out on bikes - whether it be in Sky View Meadows, to the serene and picturesque Robin Lake Beach, or on more extensive treks throughout Callaway's expansive grounds. Our houseguests can't believe the range of entertainment options. But it is Callaway's proximity to Atlanta that sealed the deal of a second home. Though we considered other locations, a travel time of less than two hours from our primary residence in Metro Atlanta means we can drive down most weekends and enjoy our home and all that Callaway Gardens has to offer. Callaway seems a world away from our hectic lives in the city!"
"I hadn’t been to Callaway Gardens since I was eight or nine years old. We came back during Christmas 2008 with my dad and I fell in love with the place all over again. Within our first two days we decided to buy a golf cottage. I realized that Callaway Gardens is a great place to raise a family and also to retire to one day."
"Having never built a house before and hearing friends talk about their experiences with doing it, I have to be honest and say that I was more than anxious when we decided to do it in Callaway Gardens. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was in every facet and how great it was working with Pine Mountain Builders. Throughout the process, Pine Mountain Builders worked in every way possible to make the building process smooth. They were easy to work with and illustrated a desire to combine their house plans with our ideas to fit our family’s needs. In the end we didn’t just build a house but they helped us build a home we will enjoy for years to come."
